Total War: Warhammer II release date set
Preorder bonuses and special editions revealed for strategy game sequel
SEGA and Creative Assembly have set September 28th 2017 as the launch date for the strategy game sequel Total War: Warhammer II.
Anyone pre-ordering through special retailers before release or buying in the first week on sale will gain an Early Adopter bonus of a free Race Pack DLC for the original Total War: Warhammer. This yet-to-be-revealed content for the first game will be out and playable before the second game is released.
Also available is the collector's Serpent God Edition, exclusively at the official website. This edition comes in a scaled turquoise presentation box, replete with stone-effect glyphs modelled on Lord Mazdamundi's headpiece, detailing the temple-cities of Lustria. It also contains the Stone Effect Puzzle Sphere, Carved Bone-Effect Totems, an art book, a printed strategy guide, sticker sheet, a canvas map, and Saurus Blade Necklace with hidden 4GB USB.
Alongside the Serpent God Edition, a Limited Edition will also be available at select retailers. This version includes the metal case and Insider Guide.
Total War: Warhammer II will be released for PC via Steam.
