Free Games with Gold for August 2021

Microsoft has announced the Xbox Games with Gold lineup for August 2021.

Available free to members from August 1 to 31 is Darksiders III, a hack-n-slash action adventure where players assume the role of FURY in her quest to hunt down and dispose of the Seven Deadly Sins. The most unpredictable and enigmatic of the Four Horsemen, FURY must succeed where many have failed - to bring balance to the forces that now ravage Earth.

From August 16 to September 15, members can also download Yooka-Laylee. Explore open worlds, meet (and beat) a unique cast of characters and horde a vault-load of shiny collectibles as buddy-duo Yooka (the green one) and Laylee (the bat with the big nose) embark on an adventure to thwart corporate creep Capital B.

Also from August 1 to 15, members get a copy of Lost Planet 3. In this prequel to the previous entries, relive the adventures of Jim Peyton as he reveals the hidden truths within the environments of E.D.N. III.

Lastly, from August 16 to 31 members can download Garou: Mark of the Wolves. As the last entry of the Fatal Fury series, select over a dozen different fighters to participate in the King of Fighters: Maximum Mayhem tournament.

These titles are available as free downloads for a limited time, for qualifying paid Xbox Live Gold members in all markets where Xbox Live is available.
