The Lord of the Rings: Gollum delayed
Adventure game pushed back to unspecified date
Publisher Nacon and developer Daedalic Entertainment have announced that The Lord of the Rings: Gollum has been delayed.
The game was originally planned for a September 1 release, but has now been pushed back "by a few months", with no new specific date being provided.
The publisher issued a short statement, saying in part, "We are dedicated to meeting our community’s expectations and uncovering the untold story of Gollum in a way that honors the vision of J. R. R. Tolkien. That being said, in order to deliver the best possible experience, we have decided to push the release of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum by a few months."
The game is planned for launch on PC, last-gen and current-gen consoles.
