Twelve month roadmap for Total War: Warhammer III
Three DLC packs and countless tweaks planned
Creative Assembly have revealed a 12 month roadmap for Total War: Warhammer III. The next update due out is 3.1, coming in late may. It will include Chaos Dwarfs as an end-game scenario and a legendary hero, along with various bug fixes.
Update 4.0 will mark the release of the fourth DLC pack, Shadows of Change. The fourth DLC explores the narrative of three races: Tzeentch, Cathay, and Kislev. It also has legendary lords and heroes, plus a lot of new units. Update 4.0 should be coming late summer.
Update 5.0 will feature the next DLC pack, called Thrones of Decay. In this DLC pack, Nurgle, the Empire, and the Dwarfs become the focus. Legendary lords and new campaigns will expand the universe, plus new heroes, units and other perks. Expect this to come out in winter 2023. More content is planned after update 5.0, however there are no concrete details.
Total War: Warhammer III was released on PC back in February 2022.
