God of War Ragnarok coming to PC
Action game sequel will arrive this September
Sony PlayStation and Santa Monica Studio, in partnership with Jetpack Interactive, have announced that God of War Ragnarok is coming to PC.
Players will embark on a new journey as Kratos and Atreus struggle with holding on and letting go. Against a backdrop of Norse Realms torn asunder by the fury of the Aesir, they’ve been trying their utmost to undo the end times. But despite their best efforts, Fimbulwinter presses onward. Venture through all Nine Realms towards the prophesied battle that will end the world.
The PC version promises unlocked framerates and the option of true 4K resolution; full integration with NVIDIA RTX Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) 3.7, AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) 3.1, and Intel XeSS (Xe Super Sampling) 1.2, along with NVIDIA Reflex low latency technology. There's also support for ultra-widescreen and 32:9 super ultra-widescreen, controls customization, haptic feedback and spacial 3D audio.
The PC release will include Valhalla DLC. The game was originally released exclusively on PS4 and PS5 in 2022.
