First Diablo IV expansion launches in October
Vessel of Hatred to add new character class and region
Blizzard Entertainment have announced that Vessel of Hatred, the first expansion for Diablo IV, will release on October 8.
The expansion will introduce the Spiritborn as an entirely new class to the Diablo Series. They are battle-hardened with mystical synergies that could only be awakened deep within the jungles of Nahantu. The full Class Reveal is planned for July 18.
The expansion will see the Sanctuary expand to the region of Nahantu, with forgotten ruins and new Towns, where players can take on new dungeons, Strongholds, and the warring tribes scattered throughout the region.
There will also be the addition of Mercenaries, new PvE End-Game Co-Op Activity, and more game updates.
Diablo IV was released last year on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PS5.
