Skyrim, Rage to use Steamworks
Upcoming PC titles from Bethesda embrace Valve's platform
In two separate announcements, Bethesda has confirmed that both of their upcoming PC titles will be using Valve's Steamworks service.
Both Rage and Skyrim are set to utilize the platform. Much like many titles before them, both games will offer standard features like achievements, save game storage, automatic patching, and more. It will also mean that keys in retail copies will likely work with Steam.
FPS title Rage is set to release on October 4th, meanwhile RPG game TES V: Skyrim launches November 11th. Both games are also arriving on consoles.
