MAG release date
Sony's massively multiplayer shooter secures a release date
Guys @ Sony know you have been eagerly awaiting news to find out when you can finally become one of the 256 operatives in a MAG battle. Today you’re in luck. The team at Zipper and SCEA are happy to announce that MAG will hit North American retailers on January 26th, 2010.
The game will utilize a new server architecture[5] to support online battles with up to 256 players, with users divided into 8-player squads, with 4 squads forming a platoon, and 4 platoons forming a company. Release dates for the rest of the world have not yet been announced.
