Forza Motorsport 5 gets Limited Edition
Special Edition offers custom box, DLC car packs
Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios have announced the details for the special edition versions of Forza Motorsport 5, the Limited Edition and Day One Edition.
First is the Forza Motorsport 5 Day One Edition, which offers the Day One Car Pack and special Day One commemorative packaging. The car pack has 2010 Audi TT RS Coupe, 2013 Ford Focus ST, and 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera. The Day One Edition is only available while supplies last and for early adopters.
Meanwhile, the $79.99 Limited Edition also comes with the Day One Car Pack, plus a Limited Edition Car Pack which includes five cars and a Limited Edition livery. The cars include 2011 Audi RS 3 Sportback, 2012 Aston Martin Vanquish, 2013 Ford M Shelby Mustang GT500, 2013 McLaren P1, and 2013 SRT Viper GTS.
You also get a VIP Membership with exclusive benefits, including 2x player reward acceleration, access to exclusive multiplayer events, an exclusive in-game player card badge, and in-game gifts from the Forza community team. VIPs will also have access to the VIP Car Pack, featuring five cars only available to VIP members, including 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C, 1987 RUF CTR Yellowbird, 1991 Mazda #55 787B, 2011 Ford F150 SVT Raptor, and 2011 Bugatti Veyron Super Sport.
Forza Motorsport 5 will be released exclusively alongside the Xbox One launch this Fall.
