GC09: FIFA 10 Demo, NHL 10 Demo dated
EA Sports rolls out some announcements regarding the big sports franchises
During the EA Press conference at Gamescom 2009 today, the EA Sports branch of the company has announced that a playable demo for FIFA 10 can be expected to appear across unspecified platforms on September 10th in UK, September 17th in North America. It wasn't specified when the rest of the world will see the demo release. FIFA 10 is planned for release October 2nd in the UK, and October 20th in the US across many platforms which include PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.
Also rumours are trongly supporting that NHL 10 demo will be released either this week or next week, according to a Twitter post by @NHL10. It appears it is up to Microsoft now to release the demo on 360, as the PS3 release should be unaffected by the usual Gold vs Silver 360 members delay. NHL 10 is set to release September 15th worldwide on PS3 and Xbox 360.
