COD: Advanced Warfare Ascendance DLC revealed
Four new maps plus the next chapter of Exo Zombies
Activision has announced plans to release Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Ascendance DLC on March 31, first on Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
The second DLC pack adds four new multiplayer maps, the OHM directed energy light machine gun/shotgun hybrid, the OHM Werewolf custom variant, and the all-new Exo Grapple ability playlist that introduces the Exo Grapple ability to multiplayer.
The four maps include: Perplex - fight to dominate a five-story modular apartment complex in Sydney; Site 244 - an alien spacecraft has crash landed, spilling its mysterious cargo under the shadow of Mt. Rushmore, USA; Climate - fight in a futuristic man-made utopia in a lush, climate-controlled enclosure; and Chop Shop - a black market exoskeleton industrial complex.
The Exo Zombies story continues in the a new episode, Infected, as the four Atlas employees fight through undead zombie hordes. Located on the outskirts of an Atlas facility, the new Exo Zombies episode introduces a slew of never-before-seen undead masses, an arsenal of new traps and armaments.
Fans can see the world premiere of live gameplay from Ascendance and a new trailer for the next episode of Exo Zombies when they tune into the 2015 Call of Duty Championship, Presented by Xbox for the ultimate Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare tournament, where 32 teams from around the world will face-off to stake their claim in the $1 million prize purse.
Ascendance will be available first on Xbox Live for a suggested retail price of $15 on March 31. The Ascendance DLC Pack is also included in the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC Season Pass.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, as well as Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
